First Trip to IKEA

Yes, I am deprived… I am 22.5 years old and just took my first trip to IKEA!

I can explain though!  You see… I live 8 hours from the two closest stores, which are in Chicago and Cinci.  Well, I finally had my chance because I just so happened to be close to IKEA the other day for a wedding in Ohio.  Oh, that was also my first time in Ohio too… yay for firsts!  So, Ryan, Jon Class, and I went a little early to experience IKEA before the wedding rehearsal.

We started with lunch (I still think it’s funny that they have a restaurant!) and took the whole tour of the showroom and then the marketplace.  I found an office chair I liked and that fit me (I needed one for Ryan’s room) and so I made my first IKEA purchase too.

Also – I loooved this workstation they had for my crafting stuff and computer, so I put it on my wish list!  Ryan and I were also keeping our eyes open for future home furnishings (nice & affordable king size bed, yes please).
