Some Random Thoughts

My last post wasn’t good enough for someone! That’s a sad story, haha.

Wellll today I subbed at the elementary- 4th grade. It went by really fast and went pretty well. I’m subbing tomorrow too.

Funny story of the day: When I was on recess duty, a boy came up to me and said “Can I have your number?” I said “Umm no..” And he said “Well you’re pretty.” HAHA! It was so funny.
Cute story of the day: If the students finished assignments early, they were supposed to read. Well, two boys were reading their Bibles and they were SO into it. One would be like “Hey, look up this verse!” I thought it was sweet, just to see such young kids so excited about the Bible.
Gross story of the day: Some kid was scratching his head a lot and he was trying to take a math test, but I could tell he couldn’t concentrate cause it itched so bad. So I sent him to the nurse and when he came back I asked him if she took care of it…he said “She got one bug out but couldn’t get the others.” EW!!! LICE! Aren’t the kids supposed to be sent home for that?! It makes my head itch thinking about it.

I think I would like being an elementary teacher. I think I always knew that, but didn’t really want to admit it. I don’t know though…could I really do that my whole life?? I guess it’s not the job I had in mind. It’s hard to explain. I also want to do something with nutrition though. And psychology. But I don’t want to work when my kids are not in school yet. Haha, I say “my kids” like I have them now. Hmmm…life.

I’m really tired, I can’t sleep “under pressure”- aka, when I know I have to get up early, so I went to sleep at like 12:30 last night. I’m weird, I know. Tonight I’ll be in bed early!

My dad feels much better today compared to yesterday. Thank you God!

I’m trying to find a keyboard (piano) on eBay..I’ve been watching them for a week or so, getting informed before I bid! I’m looking at the Casio Privia.

Ok…I’m tired. haha.
