On Tuesday, the day before Ryan had to move back to Indiana, we went on a little outing with our Moms to The Blue Beagle. The idea came about because when I picked up my finished plate that I painted there on my birthday, and found out it was damaged. Something dropped on it and was stuck, and thus unfixable. So, they kindly gave me a new blank plate that I could re-paint.
Since Ryan and our Moms had never been to Rolla’s only Paint-Your-Own-Ceramics studio, I thought it was about time they experience it! It’s more fun than people may think, and it’s actually therapeutic. {Speaking of, I totally forgot about my real therapy appointment that afternoon, and thus had to pay for it anyway. That’s what happens when I don’t use a planner!}
It was also a great chance and place to practice using my new camera. Here is our fun in photos… enjoy!
I already want to go back! Can’t wait to see the finished results!!!!
